2. Services Provided

pi-LAS provides AI software consulting, cloud infrastructure architecture and implementation, data engineering, machine learning integration, security consulting, and related professional services. Specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in individual Statement of Work (SOW) or consulting agreements executed with each client.

3. Consulting Engagements

All consulting engagements are governed by the terms of a signed consulting agreement. This website is informational only and does not constitute an offer or contract for services. No engagement is established until a written agreement is executed by both parties.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, deliverables produced under a consulting engagement become the property of the client upon full payment. pi-LAS retains rights to general methodologies, frameworks, and know-how developed independently of the client engagement.

5. Confidentiality

pi-LAS treats all client information as confidential. Specific confidentiality obligations, including any NDA requirements, are addressed in the consulting agreement for each engagement.

6. Limitation of Liability

pi-LAS's liability for any claim arising out of a consulting engagement is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. In no event shall pi-LAS be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Regulatory Compliance

While pi-LAS provides consulting on HIPAA, PCI-DSS, SOX, and other regulatory frameworks, clients are ultimately responsible for their own regulatory compliance. pi-LAS recommendations and deliverables do not constitute legal advice.
